How to submit your photos?

Step 1:
The prices depend on the estimated time put into a project so please e-mail me your request with as many specific details about your wishes as you can give me. Also please provide me the info if the originals will be scanned by you or if you wish me to scan them for you. This way I will give you a suiting price offer.

Step 2:
After agreeing to the price offer, the original photos need to be scanned in a RGB colorprofile at 300 DPI resolution in a TIFF, BMP or PDF format. This will give me a very good image quality to work on. If you don’t know how to scan properly, please have a look at this article.

Step 3:
Send me the scanned originals by e-mail or dropbox. If you chose to let the originals be scanned by me, please send them to my postbox provided in our agreement.

Step 4:
The finished result will be first e-mailed to you for agreement as a watermarked JPEG in 72 DPI screen resolution. I will send you a flat (not watermarked) high resolution PDF (300 dpi) for printing purposes, and a JPEG of 72 DPI for screen resolution, upon the receiving of your payement.

Please note:

• Letting me scan the originals, brings extra costs as the photos will need to be resend to you by post mail.
• I do not alter or harm your original photos.
• You can get restorations made from negatives, slides or photos, color or black and white.
• The finished result will be e-mailed to you as a flat PDF (300 dpi) for printing purposes, unless required differently.
• I will always ask for your approval to showcase your photos online!

Don’t be fooled by the websites offering you free logo’s or logo’s for an extreme low fee. You probably will end up with a stock image logo and a file format that is only usable on screen devices. Besides that, you will be having the same business logo like thousands if not millions of other people who uploaded that template with as consequence that your company will not stand out from the others!

Designing a logo requires a good concept, simplicity, time and precision. All logo’s that I design are in vector format as ESP or AI. This way you can be reassured that your logo will always have a sharp quality no matter which size it will be printed on.
